Terms of Service — Crinkl (United States)

1. Purpose of the Service

Crinkl exists to verify real-world spending and allow users to receive value in return for verified activity.

The Service is designed around identity-free spend verification. Receipt submission is used to determine whether a purchase occurred, not who you are. Any later association with an account or wallet (for example, to claim rewards) is optional and separate from receipt verification.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state of residence) to use the Service.

The Service is currently offered only to residents of the United States.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

4. Accounts & Access

Some features of the Service may require creating an account or linking a wallet.

You agree that:

• Information you provide (if any) is accurate and current
• You will maintain no more than one account per person
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account or wallet

Receipt submission and verification do not require account registration; account features exist to support optional functionality such as rewards, preferences, and notifications.

5. Receipt Submissions & Verification

By submitting a receipt, you represent that:

• The receipt reflects a real, lawful purchase
• The receipt has not been altered, fabricated, or duplicated
• You have the right to submit the receipt for verification

Pricechain Labs may reject, invalidate, or reverse receipt verification results if submissions are determined to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or abusive.

6. Rewards & Incentives

The Service may issue rewards in the form of points, Bitcoin, or other assets.

You acknowledge that:

• Rewards are not guaranteed
• Reward types, rates, limits, timing, and formats may change
• Rewards may be delayed, adjusted, withheld, or revoked to protect system integrity
• You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to rewards

Rewards are issued based on verified spend signals, not personal identity.

7. Data Use (Service License)

You grant Pricechain Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to process receipt data you submit solely to operate the Service, including to:

• Verify receipt authenticity and eligibility
• Issue rewards or commitments
• Improve verification accuracy and system integrity
• Produce aggregate, non-identifying measurements

This license does not transfer ownership of your personal data and does not permit use of receipt data for user tracking or advertising profiles.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit fake, altered, reused, duplicated or ineligible receipts
• Use multiple accounts, false identities, or referral manipulation
• Automate receipt submissions or interact with the Service via bots or scripts
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
• Circumvent security controls or verification safeguards
• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity

Pricechain Labs uses automated systems, manual review, and monitoring to detect violations. Violations may result in suspension, termination, reward forfeiture, or legal action.

9. Suspension & Termination

Pricechain Labs may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

• These Terms are violated
• Activity threatens system integrity or fairness
• Required by law or legal process

Termination may result in loss of access to rewards or unclaimed balances, subject to applicable law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Pricechain Labs makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of verification outcomes, or reward availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pricechain Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Pricechain Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
